Many Opportunities

One day I was eating corn in a market with a group of orphans from the Center for Children’s Happiness. An old lady came by begging for money. All of the children stood up and gave her their little allowance. What an amazing moment. To see orphans from a garbage dump help another person is… a lesson learned.

My new found Cambodian brother co-founded a school for 300 poor children. He left the only life he knew as a monk to start a school for very poor children. He didn’t accept any wage. He just wanted to help the children. All you need is ten minutes with this man to know that he’s inspired. 

Of course we are asking for donations. We want you to donate. We need financial resources to carry out our activities in Cambodia. But, honestly, even a few dollars can do wonders in a place like Cambodia. It’s not like money here at home. But it’s not all about the money.

If you’re a graphic designer – you can help. If you’re a photographer – you can help. If you work for an airline, are a teacher or a house mother – you can help. We value the skills that each person can offer and can use those gifts for the benefit of others.

Donate - We are asking that you donate money to Canodia. We guarantee we will make substantial changes to the lives of children and for the country. You will be part of the change. Help Us Promote – We don’t have an advertising budget. We rely on passionate people to help care for these children. We ask that you help us promote. Please see the many ways that you can promote Canodia.

Get Young People Involved – We want young people to learn about the World outside of Canada and the realities that are faced by others. It helps them better appreciate their own country and want to help people abroad and here at home.

Volunteer With Us – We need people to help us achieve our mission. We are currently looking for people to be on our Advisory Board and assist in fundraising. We’re also open to arranging volunteer tours of Cambodia.

There are many ways that you can help the children in Cambodia and in Canada.
