Canada, Is A Helping Nation
We’re fortunate to live in this peaceful nation. Our children generally have access to food, shelter, medical care and an education. We can use our wealth to assist other nations that offer “zero” support to their children and youth. Canada, is a helping nation.
Why are we lucky to live in Canada?
Listen to what the children in Winnipeg say:
“We are very lucky to live in Canada because we have clean water, doctors and we even have houses and family.”
– Caitie
“We should give food to other people because it is helpful all the time and I love it.”
– Jessica
“The reason why I’m proud to be a Canadian is you have the right to live, the right to go to school, the right to have a home and the right to have fun!”
– Jess
“The reason why I like Canada is there are four different seasons so it’s never boring here.”
– Richy
“I like Canada because I’m glad there are no wars here in Canada. We would probably die if there was a war. We also have lots of rights.”
– Anthony
“One thing I like about Canada is that you never get bored. If you’re bored you can watch TV, read a book in the library, or go on the computer in the library because it’s all free.”
- Yabdez
“I’m proud to be a Canadian because all the rules and regulations are fair. You can pray and practice any religion. You own what you brought and the government is good and we all are free.”
– Rashmika
“I like living in Canada because it is a nice place to live. People are kind and respectful. I think we should help other people in the world so everyone lives in a happy place. It is nice to help, be healthy, and live in a healthy world.”
– Andie
